Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage vendor execution against contract scope, schedule, deliverables, and quality expectations
Maintain structured cadence for status reporting, action tracking, and escalation
Identify performance risks and drive corrective actions with the vendor

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience with direct vendor oversight
Experience with complex IT/software implementation projects
Availability to start by the last week of June 2026 for pre-kick off meetings
PMP certification preferred
Agile certification preferred
