Project Manager - Case Management Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Intake & Case Management Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for an Intake/Case Management implementation
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate configuration, testing, UAT cycles, and change management activities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional project management experience with technology or workflow automation projects
• Direct experience with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and Power Platform
• Experience implementing or managing case management or workflow systems
• Strong understanding of business process mapping and requirements gathering
• PMP, Agile/Scrum, or comparable certification preferred
