Project Manager, CDMO

Job Summary

Leading client program activities, the full-time remote Project Manager, CDMO will manage cross-functional teams to ensure timely and compliant execution of development and manufacturing projects within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage operational activities for product manufacturing and testing, ensuring seamless client integration
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project charters, plans, and schedules, including milestones and deliverables
• Facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external sponsors, serving as the primary point of contact for project updates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or project management required
• PMP certification preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical CDMO with client-facing responsibilities
• 5+ years of project/program management experience in regulated environments
• Working knowledge of cGMP regulations and proficiency with project management tools
