Job Summary

To support an organizational restructuring, the full-time Project Manager, Change Management will drive cultural transformation, develop strategies, and implement transition management plans while working remotely with Federal Leadership and agency stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Drive cultural transformation and facilitate business process and organizational change
  • Develop and implement transition management plans, manage communications, and conduct risk assessments
  • Monitor program execution, identify obstacles, and enforce a customer-centric approach to innovative solutions
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of recent Program/Project Management and Change Management experience
  • Relevant experience in organizational change management (OCM) and Department of Defense (DOD) programs
  • Experience supporting and engaging senior leaders and managing stakeholders
  • Understanding of government contracting
  • Eligibility to obtain a Public Trust government security clearance (US Citizenship Required)
