Job Summary

Supporting strategic priorities, the full-time remote Chief of Staff, Customer Management Project Manager will manage operational systems for the Leadership Team, focusing on strategy development, executive support, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Leadership Team to drive strategic direction and create presentations for stakeholders
• Enhance team culture and facilitate management systems to ensure organizational effectiveness
• Lead initiatives for effective communication and alignment across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 4 years of experience in Project Management or Process Management
• At least 4 years of experience in building and influencing strategy
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in complex projects
• Experience operating with discretion in sensitive situations
