Project Manager, Client Implementation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Client Implementation & Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client implementation projects end-to-end, managing timelines, scope, and communication
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation, building trust and managing requests
• Become an expert in the platform configuration and act as an internal resource for product capabilities

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in implementation, project management, or client services
• Proven track record of managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously
• Experience as the primary client point of contact during implementations
• Comfort with technology and interest in using AI tools for efficiency
• Strong organizational skills and a high standard for documentation accuracy
