Project Manager Client Services

Job Summary

Managing eDiscovery cases, the full-time Project Manager, Client Services will drive operational tasks, create work orders, and ensure quality checks for client deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery processes and market tools
• Communicate expectations for project scope and deadlines to stakeholders
• Manage work request queue and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's or JD preferred)
• 4+ years of work experience, including 2 years in eDiscovery
• Experience with Relativity software
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong project management and analytical skills
