Project Manager - Client Services

Job Summary

Managing assigned client relationships, the full-time Project Manager - Client Services will oversee project coordination and execution in the electronic discovery industry while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison with key client representatives to ensure service delivery and client satisfaction
• Effectively execute project forecasts and work schedules while maintaining up-to-date project status records
• Deliver proactive communication with clients, addressing issues and escalating as necessary to senior management

Required qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in project management within law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects successfully
• Strong understanding of eDiscovery, database design, data processing, and legal document review requirements
• Excellent client relationship skills with the ability to adapt company capabilities to meet client expectations
• Demonstrated competence in project planning, financial management, and building relationships
