Job Summary
To drive successful implementation and delivery of client-facing projects, the remote Lead Client Services Project Manager will manage complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines while collaborating with Global System Integrator partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Own full lifecycle project delivery, ensuring adherence to project management best practices (Agile and Waterfall)
- Build detailed project plans based on customer requirements and partner inputs, leading multiple concurrent projects
- Act as the main client contact, tracking project health and managing risks while enforcing accountability across teams
Required qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of client service and Professional Services delivery models
- Experience with GSI ecosystems and partner-led delivery models preferred
- In-depth project management and technical experience
- Ability to identify customer needs and translate them into additional service opportunities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
