Project Manager, Client Services

Job Summary

Managing eDiscovery cases remotely, the full-time Project Manager, Client Services will drive operational workflows, create work orders, and ensure quality checks for litigation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of eDiscovery processes and industry tools
• Communicate scope and deadline expectations to stakeholders
• Manage the work request queue and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or JD preferred
• 4+ years of work experience, including 2 years in eDiscovery
• Experience with Relativity is required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong project management and analytical skills
