Project Manager, Client Services

Job Summary

Managing eDiscovery cases, the full-time Project Manager, Client Services will drive operational tasks, create work orders, and ensure quality checks on deliverables while working remotely during PST hours.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an understanding of eDiscovery processes, market competitors, and relevant tools
• Communicate expectations for project scope and deadlines to stakeholders
• Manage the work request queue and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or JD is a plus
• 4+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery
• Experience with Relativity is required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong analytical and project management skills
