Project Manager, Client Services

Job Summary

Managing eDiscovery cases remotely, the full-time Project Manager, Client Services will drive operational tasks, create work orders, and ensure quality checks for litigation projects during the evening shift from 1 PM to 9 PM PST.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of eDiscovery processes and tools
• Communicate project scope and deadlines to stakeholders effectively
• Manage the work request queue and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's or JD preferred
• 4+ years of work experience, including at least 2 years in eDiscovery
• Experience with Relativity is required
• PMP certification is a plus
• Strong project management and analytical skills
