Project Manager, Clinical Education

Job Summary

To support the development of online clinical educational tools, the full-time remote Project Manager, Clinical Education will manage virtual events, coordinate course development, and ensure compliance with continuing education accreditation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CAPC virtual events related to palliative care clinical education, including scheduling and faculty coordination
• Oversee the development of online clinical education courses and learning pathways, collaborating with external experts and internal teams
• Assist in preparing and submitting continuing education applications while maintaining compliance with accrediting bodies

Required qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor's degree with 5+ years preferred
• Experience in health care project management and continuing education (CE/CME) management preferred
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel capabilities
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated initiative and problem-solving skills in project management contexts
