Project Manager Clinical Supplies

Job Summary

To manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, the full-time remote Project Manager Clinical Supplies will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support successful clinical study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study-specific plans for each assigned project and coordinate with internal teams
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain while ensuring compliance with GxP requirements
• Mentor junior team members and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a clinical research or clinical trial supplies environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience with client relationship management and customer service standards
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and manage multiple tasks under pressure
