Project Manager Clinical Supplies

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, the full-time Project Manager Clinical Supplies will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain optimal inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely from the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects
• Coordinate efforts with internal teams, providing recommendations and updates on project status
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain to support logistics strategy and compliance with GxP requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 2+ years of experience for Associate Project Manager, 5+ years for Project Manager, and 8+ years for Sr. Project Manager in a CRO environment
• Previous global clinical supplies project management experience
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in client building and third-party relationship management
