Project Manager Clinical Supplies

Job Summary

To manage the end-to-end supply chain for clinical trials, the full-time remote Project Manager Clinical Supplies will ensure timely distribution of trial materials, maintain inventory levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support clinical study execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop study-specific plans for assigned projects and coordinate efforts with internal teams
• Integrate clinical supplies activities into the supply chain while ensuring compliance with GxP requirements
• Mentor junior team members and participate in process improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Contract Research Organization (CRO) industry
• Strong working knowledge of clinical supply operations
• Effective leadership and team-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
