A company is looking for a Project Manager - Contracts Solutions (CLM).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, ensuring project milestones are met
• Serve as the CLM subject matter expert, advising clients on implementation strategy and user adoption
• Support the growth of the CLM practice by mentoring junior consultants and contributing to methodology development

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with proven project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with experience in large-scale CLM projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms
