Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with proven project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills and familiarity with AI/ML concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design scalable CLM solutions
