Job Summary

Project Manager - CLM is a full-time remote position responsible for leading Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) implementations and consulting projects, overseeing project management activities, and serving as a subject matter expert in CLM.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, ensuring project milestones are met
• Serve as the CLM subject matter expert, guiding clients through implementation strategy and user adoption
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop tailored future-state process designs for clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with a proven track record in project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with experience managing large-scale CLM projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and experience with GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms
