Job Summary

Leading CLM implementations, the full-time remote Project Manager - CLM will oversee project management activities, conduct current-state assessments, and guide vendor selection while acting as a subject matter expert in Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop tailored future-state process designs for clients
• Act as the primary client contact, managing communications and fostering long-term partnerships

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with proven project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with familiarity in AI/ML concepts
• Analytical mindset with the ability to design scalable CLM solutions
