Job Summary

Leading CLM implementations, the full-time remote Project Manager - CLM Implementation will oversee project management activities, including current-state assessments, process design, vendor selection, and implementation, while serving as a subject matter expert in Contract Lifecycle Management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project management for CLM engagements, ensuring milestones are met and serving as the primary client contact
• Conduct current-state assessments and develop tailored future-state process designs for clients' contract management processes
• Guide the vendor selection process, facilitating demos and evaluating vendors to meet client-specific needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in CLM consulting or legal operations with a proven track record in project leadership
• Deep expertise in CLM platforms and contract management processes
• Strong project management skills with experience managing complex CLM projects
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and GenAI capabilities within CLM platforms
