Job Summary

Leading complex business transformation initiatives, the full-time Americas Commercial Operations Project Manager will work remotely to drive continuous improvement across global teams, leveraging expertise in customer operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives with significant operational and commercial impact
• Utilize deep process expertise to address ambiguous business challenges through structured problem-solving and stakeholder alignment
• Own the continuous improvement pipeline, balancing enterprise priorities with regional needs and customer experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher and seven years of experience in business operations, or a High School Diploma with eleven years of experience
• Experience in Commercial Operations or Business Transformation
• Green Belt Certification or equivalent in Project Management or Continuous Improvement
• Proven expertise in Customer Operations and end-to-end business processes
• Strong project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
