Project Manager, Commercial Sales

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Commercial Sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales orders from initiation to completion, including installation and service changes
• Act as a liaison among stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project objectives are met
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service delivery issues while performing root cause analysis

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Four (4) years of customer support experience
• Two (2) years of project coordination or management experience
• Experience in telecommunications (ISP, MSO, Telcos) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
