Project Manager - Construction

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager- Admin Banking Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
• Work with clients to prepare project elements such as scope of work, cost estimates, and schedules
• Direct the project delivery team and create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience
• Combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
• Must reside in the Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, or Michigan territory
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles and techniques
