Project Manager, Content Operations

Job Summary

Seeking a highly organized Project Manager, Content Operations, to lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for core content products in a full-time remote role, focusing on curriculum management, cross-platform distribution, and CMS oversight to ensure high-quality content delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project delivery of curriculum materials, coordinating with subject matter experts and content creators to meet deadlines
• Oversee content optimization and distribution strategies in collaboration with marketing and media teams
• Administer CMS workflows, ensuring accurate and accessible content deployment aligned with brand guidelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects in an Agile environment
• Deep knowledge of managing content workflows within a CMS
• Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Program Increment planning preferred
• Proficiency in modern project management tools such as Jira or Asana
