Key Responsibilities

• Lead and streamline processes with cross-functional teams to enhance operations and efficiency
• Train and coach teams to sustain improvements and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Manage high-level cross-functional improvement projects and maintain stakeholder relationships

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Experience in a clinical diagnostic setting or genetics laboratory with lean tools
• Proven success in leading Value Stream Mapping events and Six Sigma projects
• Strong understanding of Root Cause Problem Solving techniques and process improvement methodologies
• Organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
