Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes for operational improvement and efficiency
  • Train and coach teams to sustain improvements and promote a culture of continuous improvement
  • Manage high-level cross-functional improvement projects and measure their impact on business outcomes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Management, or a related field, or 5 years of equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a clinical diagnostic or genetics laboratory environment, preferably with lean tools
  • Proven success in leading Value Stream Mapping, Rapid Improvement Events, and Six Sigma projects
  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
  • Technical expertise in process improvement techniques and organizational change application
