Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large, cross-functional projects that support division and corporate objectives
  • Facilitate brainstorming and improvement events to identify opportunities for projects
  • Support proofs-of-concept for new processes and technologies in maintenance locations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Systems, Operations, or Business
  • 5 years of experience in Project, Process, or Operations Management
  • 5 years of experience in executing DMAIC or PDCA projects and Lean - Kaizen events
  • PMP or TQM or Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt preferred), required upon hire
  • Experience with Microsoft Office/Teams Suite and Project Management Tools/Software
