Job Summary

Supporting the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Job Corps, the full-time remote Project Manager Contract Manager will oversee the national Health & Wellness Program, focusing on policy implementation, compliance, and quality improvement while serving as the primary point of contact for contract leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide overall contract leadership and serve as primary point of contact
  • Lead quality control, staffing, reporting, risk management, and client communications
  • Manage deliverables and continuous quality improvement, including preparing monthly reports and providing technical assistance
Required Qualifications
  • Degree from an accredited institution
  • 10+ years managing a comparable residential or health program
  • Experience with strategic planning, quality improvement, policy analysis, and data management
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust determination
