Job Summary

To support Convo AI initiatives, the part-time hourly Project Manager Contractor will manage project timelines, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the execution of customer-facing deliverables in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to schedule meetings, align on deliverables, and maintain project timelines
• Manage end-to-end project timelines, ensuring efficient progress from kickoff to completion
• Coordinate with the marketing team to gather and deliver promotional materials

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably in tech, media, or customer-facing roles
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work across time zones with global teams
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset
