Project Manager, Curriculum Systems

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Temporary Project Manager for Curriculum & Catalog Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination of curriculum and catalog system integration activities
• Compile and organize system configuration data and assist with testing cycles and data validation activities
• Prepare project documentation and draft communications for stakeholders regarding project timelines and updates

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in project management
• 2-3 years of professional experience in higher education, particularly in curriculum management or academic governance workflows
• Hands-on experience with CourseLeaf (CIM and/or CAT), Banner, or similar systems
• Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or workflow redesign projects
• Certification or training in project management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or equivalent) is preferred
