Job Summary

Supporting customer-facing software and AI-enabled delivery projects, the full-time remote Project Manager, Customer Experience will manage project coordination, documentation, and communication while learning best practices in AI and SaaS delivery.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage delivery of software and AI-enabled projects under the guidance of senior project managers
  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation while tracking project progress and risks
  • Coordinate meetings and follow-ups across cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to delivery processes
Required qualifications
  • Up to 4 years of experience supporting customer-facing software or SaaS projects
  • Foundational understanding of AI, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Experience working in AI, technical, or SaaS environments preferred
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, or Salesforce
  • PMP, AI, or similar certification is a plus
