Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations and projects, ensuring timely delivery and high customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and partners while managing multiple concurrent projects
• Identify and manage project delivery risks and facilitate project status meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of project management experience in the healthcare domain
• Significant experience in leading customer-facing projects, particularly in business process design and integration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the health insurance industry is strongly preferred
