Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee customer onboarding and software upgrades.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create onboarding and upgrade plans
  • Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones
  • Manage project resources and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or upgrades
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
  • Familiarity with software development and implementation processes
