Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager to oversee customer onboarding and software upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to create onboarding and upgrade plans
- Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones
- Manage project resources and conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in software implementation or upgrades
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Familiarity with software development and implementation processes
