Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Manager - Customer Services Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop project plans, oversee implementation, and manage risks
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support the Customer Services Organization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5+ years in IT Project Management (not software development PM)
- Proven track record in project management methodologies (SAFe Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
- Experience working with global teams and applications in Agile methodology
- Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft environment
