Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Customer Services Applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans, oversee implementation, and manage risks
  • Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and support the Customer Services Organization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3-5+ years in IT Project Management (not software development PM)
  • Proven track record in project management methodologies (SAFe Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Experience working with global teams and applications in Agile methodology
  • Familiarity with BI tools and Microsoft environment
