Project Manager, CX

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Project Manager, CX.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure
• Build and develop detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW)
• Track action items, enforce accountability, and report on project financials

Required Qualifications

• University/Bachelor's degree with PMP Certification
• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment
• Proven track record managing multiple projects
• Experience as the primary client contact and working with technical teams
• Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
