Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Services Project Manager, CX.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full lifecycle project delivery from planning through execution to closure
- Build and develop detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and the Statement of Work (SOW)
- Track action items, enforce accountability, and report on project financials
Required Qualifications
- University/Bachelor's degree with PMP Certification
- Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in Cloud Transformation or CCaaS implementations within a Telecoms environment
- Proven track record managing multiple projects
- Experience as the primary client contact and working with technical teams
- Proficient in MS Project, Jira, Asana, or Smartsheet
