Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager I - Data Analytics in Pediatrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage data and analytics projects to support department initiatives and strategic planning
• Generate insights from data analysis to optimize campaign performance and user experience
• Collaborate with leadership to establish metrics and develop reports on organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred, or a combination of relevant work experience and education
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree
• Exceptional skills in data analytics, reporting, and visualization
• Strong proficiency in tools such as Salesforce, SQL, and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
• Experience in pediatric healthcare or early childhood development is preferred
