Project Manager - Deal Desk

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager - Deal Desk for a 4-month contractor role.

Key Responsibilities

• Build out documentation in Confluence, including guides and workflows
• Develop sales enablement materials such as decks and reference guides
• Create internal communications and support deal desk tasks as needed

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in content development, enablement, or technical writing
• Deep experience with Confluence and scalable documentation organization
• Proven ability to create impactful sales materials and quick-reference tools
• Familiarity with Salesforce and go-to-market workflows
• Experience using LMS platforms and communication tools like Slack and Google Workspace
