Project Manager - Decommissions

Job Summary

Managing all facets of commercial real estate projects, the full-time remote Project Manager - Decommissions will oversee project delivery, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout, while interfacing with clients and conducting risk assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project management activities for individual and multi-location construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards
• Interface directly with clients to prepare project scopes, resource requirements, cost estimates, and risk management plans
• Implement project documentation governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience and education may be considered
• General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices, with the ability to read architectural drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Smartsheet is beneficial
• Strong judgment skills based on analysis of multiple information sources
• Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality
