Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Design and Construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors while managing project documentation and progress reports
• Identify and mitigate project risks, conduct site inspections, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction or facilities management
• Strong understanding of architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications
• Experience managing multiple projects remotely across multiple states
• Proficiency in creating project schedules, budgets, and Gantt charts
