Key Responsibilities

• Support Global Program Managers by maintaining project documentation, timelines, and risk registers
• Monitor and communicate progress on project deliverables, key milestones, and potential risks
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, develop agendas, and ensure follow-up on assigned actions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related discipline
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech project management or operational roles
• Proven experience in drug development processes and team collaboration dynamics
• Familiarity with project management systems and tools, including Planisware
• Experience managing SharePoint access for project teams
