Project Manager - Dynamics CRM
Job Summary
Seeking a contract Project Manager - Dynamics CRM, the remote position will lead end-to-end delivery of CRM and digital-transformation initiatives, manage project governance, and facilitate Agile delivery while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of CRM projects, managing scope, timeline, budget, and resources
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure clear prioritization and definition of work with stakeholders
- Serve as the central coordination point between business units, external partners, and technical teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing enterprise technology or digital-transformation projects
- 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform
- Demonstrated experience leading Agile or Scrum delivery teams
- Strong experience using Azure DevOps or comparable Agile management platforms
