Project Manager - EHR Migration

Job Summary

Leading the migration to Athena Health EHR, the full-time Project Manager - EHR Migration will manage complex, multi-workstream projects, drive accountability across teams, and ensure successful outcomes in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the master project plan and milestone calendar for assigned initiatives
• Lead the Athena Health EHR migration, coordinating various workstreams including clinical, operational, and IT
• Develop and execute change management plans to support workforce readiness and adoption

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on complex, multi-workstream initiatives
• Direct experience managing EHR implementations or migrations is a firm requirement
• Ability to drive accountability across internal teams and external vendors
• Experience leading change management and workforce communications during transitions
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or Asana
