Job Summary

Managing emergency services projects end-to-end, the full-time salaried Project Manager - Emergency Services will liaise with customers to provide urgent managed service solutions, including quoting, vendor coordination, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Key responsibilities:
  • Receive and enter customer order requests for managed site services products, ensuring accurate documentation in Salesforce
  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries while managing and maintaining open purchase orders
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring effective communication and service delivery throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications:
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a related industry or with equivalent processes and tools
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a customer-facing remote environment with strong technical/computer aptitude, including familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and vendors simultaneously while demonstrating a self-motivated attitude of ownership
  • Strong financial acumen with effective negotiation skills to maximize margins and grow the business
