Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engagement Cloud Project Manager to lead large-scale restaurant technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise SaaS and hardware implementation programs with full delivery accountability
• Establish strong executive-level partnerships with customer stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
• Manage risks, dependencies, milestones, and provide clear executive-ready status reporting

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise project management experience
• 5+ years in restaurant technology, hospitality tech, or complex SaaS implementations
• Proven experience managing multi-workstream, cross-functional delivery programs
• PMP certification preferred
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and executive stakeholders
