Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations

Job Summary

Leading complex customer-facing SaaS implementation projects, the full-time Project Manager, Enterprise Implementations will serve as the primary point of coordination throughout the implementation lifecycle, partnering with customers and internal teams to ensure successful delivery in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise SaaS implementation projects, managing scope, schedules, budgets, and risks
• Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, providing proactive communication regarding project status and outcomes
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining momentum and accountability in fast-paced environments

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise SaaS implementations or complex customer-facing projects
• Proven experience managing external customer-facing projects and serving as the primary project lead
• Strong project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in complex environments
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, or Microsoft Project
