Project Manager Estimator

Job Summary

Responsible for managing multiple design and construction projects remotely, the full-time Project Manager Estimator will ensure customer satisfaction while overseeing project planning, design, and construction processes for projects estimated over $250,000.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage construction projects from preliminary planning through design, construction, and occupancy
• Plan, organize, and coordinate design and construction work, ensuring quality and compliance
• Establish project scope, prepare government estimates, and procure services from contractors and architects

Required qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field, or seven years of relevant experience
• Proven experience in estimating construction projects
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to take initiative and exercise independent judgment
