Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager for Multiuse Facilities Improvements (Small-Midsize Projects).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, and closeout
  • Interface with clients to prepare project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and quality control measures
  • Direct the project team, track project progress, and develop risk mitigation plans


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; combination of experience and education may be considered
  • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
  • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
  • Advanced organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality
