Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Project Manager - Federal Compliance to work full-time remotely, overseeing correspondence management, records management, and compliance with FOIA and Section 508 for a U.S. Federal Government client.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall contract performance and personnel, ensuring compliance with quality standards and contract requirements
- Develop and maintain the Project Management Plan, including project schedules, milestones, and risk management
- Facilitate executive meetings, prepare briefing materials, and support continuous process improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience providing business services to Federal organizations
- Demonstrated expertise in Federal Records Management and FOIA requirements
- Experience managing Federal projects involving correspondence management and content management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Federal correspondence management systems
