Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Manager, Field Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead implementation projects by planning and overseeing the rollout of new programs within field operations
• Drive pilot success by documenting project scope and analyzing performance metrics for national deployment
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation and stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or healthcare
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in healthcare
• Certification or experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies
• Proficiency with project and change management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Jira)
• Experience with Microsoft SharePoint for site creation and content management
